- You should eat more of fiber foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables have a capacity to make your skin healthy and soft, whereas oily and spicy foods may cause severe skin problems. So, you should effect suitable changes to your diet regimen for having a healthy skin.

- You should cleanse your skin twice a day, once in the mornings and again, before you retire for bed in the nights. You should use a natural and soft cleanser for this. The cleanser should not contain any chemicals. You should also exfoliate your skin at least once a week to remove the gunk that gets accumulated in the pores of your skin.

- You should do your exercises regularly. Exercises will improve blood circulation and a good blood circulation will supply good vitamins and minerals to all the parts of your body including the skin. Drinking good amount of water will also improve blood circulation.

- Over-exposure to sun will also accelerate aging because sunlight contains harmful UV rays that may cause wrinkles. If your job involves excessive exposure to sun, you must use a natural sunscreen lotion so that your skin is protected from these UV rays.

- While water moisturizes the skin internally, you can use a natural moisturizer for your external use. Moisturizer must be applied on the skin in circular motions.
